Dr Boutin advises clients on a wide range of competition issues in relation to merger and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission (EC), national competition authorities and courts. She is also involved in litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions. Her expertise covers mergers in a wide range of sectors, exclusionary and exploitative abuses, vertical and horizontal agreements, cartel cases, information exchanges, damage calculation and state aid.
