Aleksandra Boutin is a competition economics expert with twenty years of experience in competition policy, acquired while working as an economic consultant, academic and regulator. Dr Boutin advises clients on a wide range of competition issues in relation to merger and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission (EC), national competition authorities and courts. She is also involved in litigation proceedings in various jurisdictions. Her expertise covers mergers in a wide range of sectors, exclusionary and exploitative abuses, vertical and horizontal agreements, cartel cases, information exchanges, damage calculation and state aid.  She has been particularly active in the digital sector.
