We are pleased to invite you to the next Competition Policy Talk (in German) on the revision of the Swiss Cartel Act.

Many voices are calling for the rules of the Cartel Act to be revised. But how? There is (still) no consensus in this respect. The dice has not yet been cast. After being discussed in the Council of States in the 2024 summer session, the matter is now being prepared for discussion in the National Council.
