Join for a discussion on the role of the EU cartel settlement procedure as a competition enforcement tool.
The discussion will feature:
- Maria Jaspers, Head of Unit, DG Competition; and
- Clio Angeli, Senior Associate, Norton Rose Fulbright LLP
They will give a joint presentation on the most recent developments in the EU cartel settlement procedure.
The discussion will focus in particular on the role of the settlement procedure as part of the European Commission's antitrust enforcement toolkit and the considerations the enforcer and the parties take into account when weighting whether or not to settle.
The event is held together with WiN - Women in Norton Rose Fulbright, Brussels.
