Séverine Schrameck

Séverine has extensive experience in assisting clients on merger control regulations, notably on numerous multijurisdictional transactions, including Essilor/Luxottica and Veolia/Suez. Séverine also has experience advising clients in antitrust and other government investigations, and follow-on damages claims. Séverine is also a lecturer in competition law at Sciences Po Paris and in corporate governance law at HEC Paris. She joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2012 and became a Partner in 2019.
