About:
Since 2012, I've been on a wild ride through Brazil's privacy landscape, starting with EU frameworks like Directive 95/46/EC (ah, the nostalgia!). I've witnessed the evolution to GDPR and helped legislative draft Brazil's very own privacy laws, from the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet to the LGPD. Now, we're diving into the AI Legal Framework discussions! It's been amazing working with everyone from big techs to fintech and biometric startups. Who knew privacy could be this much fun?
