As a part of the legal and data protection unit, I am entrusted with tasks regard the compliance and regulation with respect to the EU Reg of 2018/1725 for processing of personal data for EUIs and also any specific requests by the EDPS. Further, I am significantly involved in International cooperation and legal drafting tasks.


Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Max Plank Institute

I pusued an LL.M. focussed on Intellectual Propety and Competition Law at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Max Plank Institute. I got the chance to represent the University in the EIPIN '19-'20 conference that was held in Maastrich, Netherlands. Further, It was a pleasure to write my thesis around the governance of non-personal data in the EU and India, which was supervised by the Director of the Max Plank Society for Innovation and Competition, Prof. Josef Drexl.
