She specializes in a wide range of Polish and EU competition law issues, including antitrust, merger control, state aid, unfair competition, consumer protection and private enforcement. She represented clients in numerous matters both at the Polish Urzęd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów and the European Commission. She advises in cartel cases, including bid rigging, as well as on vertical restraints cases and on dominance issues.
