Malgorzata Szwaj

Partner and head of Linklaters' competition/antitrust practice both in Warsaw and CEE region. Her area of expertise includes Polish and EU competition law. She has extensive experience in merger control, restrictive practices including cartels, competition compliance programmes, consumer law, state aid and EU funding. Małgorzata regularly represents clients in the Polish Urzęd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów, Polish competition courts and the European Commission.
