I am currently a Director of Cartel Enforcement at the UK’s CMA. I was seconded to HM Treasury to advise ministers on competition law and policy during the financial crisis and its aftermath. Prior to the CMA/OFT, I did the stage at DG Comp, and worked as a lawyer in private practice in Brazil. I hold an LLM from King’s College, London (British Council Chevening scholar) and a law degree from the University of São Paulo.
