I am a competition and regulatory economist with over 20 years’ experience. In 2020 I founded my own consulting firm, Sigma Economics. Until then I was a partner at Flint Global, heading its Competition and Regulatory practice. Prior to that, I was an inquiry director at the UK's CMA and Ofcom, where I was working on European and UK telecoms policies. Currently, I am also an NED and chair of the Audit and Risk Committees at the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority and Portsmouth Water.
