Director General of the Finnish Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto (KKV) since September 2018, having held management roles in various KKV antitrust departments. She started her career as a competition lawyer at Hannes Snellman in 1995 and was a member of the European Commission’s Legal Service in the competition team in 1997-1999. Holds MA of Laws from the University of Helsinki, MA from the College of Europe and Executive MBA from the Aalto University. Co-author of two competition law textbooks.
