Jessica Radke

I immigrated to the UK permanently in 2007. I worked for the Government Legal Department as a litigator for various government departments for eight years. I left and joined the Competition Markets Authority in 2017 where I was responsible for civil litigation. I became Deputy General Counsel in 2023. In May 2025 I joined Linklaters as Senior Counsel in the Litigation Arbitration and Investigations team where I focus on competition litigation, public law and regulatory work.
