Jana Zacharias

Senior officer and deputy head of the General Policy Unit German and European Merger Control in the German Bundeskartellamt. Prior to that, she was Senior case handler in the 5th Decision Division dealing with numerous merger cases, as well as abuse and cartel cases. She also worked with the 1st Decision Division and the General Policy Unit on Regulation and Competition and was the Bundeskartellamt’s deputy spokeswoman and public relations officer.
