Hazel Yin

Hazel Yin is a partner of the antitrust team at RuiMin Law Firm. She specialises in antitrust and competition law and foreign investment matters in China and globally, with a focus on domestic and international merger control, foreign investment review, antitrust investigations and internal compliance. Before joining RuiMin, Hazel was a partner of leading international firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was a co-head of the firm’s China competition practice.
