Despina Pachnou

Competition expert at the OECD, where she manages the work of the OECD Working Party on Co-operation and Enforcement, and conducts reviews and training on competition and procurement reforms. Before joining the OECD in 2012, she worked for 10 years as counsel in large-scale public procurement and corporate transactions in Greece. In parallel, Ishe advised Transparency International on compliance in public contracts. Holds a PhD in law (University of Nottingham) and a LLM (College of Europe).
