About:

Head of the Recovery and Resilience Task Force.  She was Deputy Secretary General for Policy Coordination in the European Commission from August 2018 until October 2020. Before that she was Deputy Director General for Food Safety in the European Commission's General Directorate for Health and Food Safety since March until July 2018.She previously served as Director at DG Competition in charge of competition enforcement in the energy and environment sector.  She has been a member of DG Competition since 1995; was involved in the “Modernisation” reform; contributed to the drafting of the White Paper and of the Commission’s proposal and was member of the team in charge of the negotiation of the Regulation No 1/2003 in the Council. She studied Law and Economics in France (Sorbonne and Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris).
