Soledad Pereiras is a Vice President in Compass Lexecon’s Madrid office. Her work has focused on the application of empirical techniques to competition policy cases and on the use of economic analysis in antitrust investigations. She has provided advise in the context of merger control, article 101 and article 102 cases in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer goods, cement, or distribution sectors. She has also participated in arbitration and litigation cases applying empirical models to estimate damages in price fixing investigations and in breach of contract proceedings.
