W@CompetitionGR Talk: Revision of Regulation 1/2003
Towards a renewed framework for competition law enforcement and compliance at EU and national level
Regulation 1/2003 is the legal “backbone” for the enforcement of the EU competition rules. Join for an exchange of views on the results of the evaluation of the Regulation, potential changes to it and the reasons that are driving them.
