Yvo de Vries

Partner in Allen & Overy’s competition team in Amsterdam. Yvo’s practice covers a broad range of competition matters, including merger control, state aid and behavioural matters. He also advises on EU regulatory law and litigates frequently before the EU Courts and national courts. Before joining A&O, Yvo was senior director antitrust at Philips International. Prior to that he was the head trial lawyer of the Dutch government before the EU Court of Justice and worked in private practice.
