Victoria Harris

Senior Legal Counsel – Competition and Regulatory at Hutchison 3G UK Limited, where she advises and leads on competition law and regulatory matters and specialises. Victoria has been an in-house telecommunications lawyers for the past seven years.  Before this, she spent nine years in private practice – including at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Lovells in Brussels, where she specialised in competition and international trade matters. She interned at the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO.
