Jean Monnet Professor of EU Innovation Policy at European University of Rome, Valeria is NGA to the ICN and Executive Board Member of the Academic Society for Competition Law. Co-Founder of the Italian Academy of the Internet Code and Of Counsel in a Leading International Law Firm, she acts as Independent Advisor and Expert to the EC, EUIPO, OECD and AGCOM. She has extensively published on digital economy, competition and IP. She is Co-editor of “New Legal Challenges of Big Data”.
