I am currently Executive and General Counsel at Galapagos NV with ~30 years of work experience incl in Biotech/Pharm, MedTech and Consumer Health. In addition to co-managing businesses, I have been responsible for Legal, Corporate Governance, IP, Compliance, Privacy, ESG, Risk Management and IR. I have enjoyed roles that are entrepreneurial and where I have helped businesses grow, improve health for humanity and build high performing teams. I am most proud of having developed careers of others.
