I am a Senior Associate, in the Competition practice at ENSafrica. My passion is merger control where I assist clients with their merger notifications to the South African Competition Commission as well as various other African competition law regulators, as required. I also have expertise in providing advice to clients on abuses of dominance and prohibited practices. Before joining the Competition department, I was a Corporate Commercial law attorney, specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
