Suzanne Munck

Deputy Director and Chief Counsel For Intellectual Property at the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). She previously served as Counsel for the FTC and Deputy Director of its Office of Policy Planning. Suzanne manages patent issues in the FTC's competition enforcement and policy work, particularly in the ICT and healthcare sectors. She has received the FTC’s Paul Rand Dixon and Janet D. Steiger awards. Before joining the FTC, Suzanne was a patent and antitrust litigator in Los Angeles. She received her BA in mathematics from Bryn Mawr College and her JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.
