Silvia D'Alberti

Head of Competition Practice at Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners. She has more than 20 years’ experience of counselling and representing clients before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority, EU and Italian courts on complex merger cases, investigations of restrictive horizontal and vertical practices, abuses of dominance, consumer protection investigations and antitrust damages litigation. Silvia led the Italian antitrust group at Allen & Overy for 18 years.
