Sibel Yilmaz

Partner at Baker McKenzie in Brussels. She was previously Counsel at Linklaters in Brussels. Sibel is a competition law expert with a special focus on multi-jurisdictional merger control cases and abuse of dominance matters. She has broad experience in advising clients on transformational transactions and particular experience in working with investment funds. Sibel represents clients from all sectors, and has recently been focusing on healthcare where she represents clients on mergers and various investigations into abuse allegations across Europe.
