Sara Gutiérrez Ruiz de Chávez

Partner in the Antitrust and Dispute Resolution practice groups of Creel, García-Cuellar, Aiza & Enríquez, with more than 20 years of experience advising companies with both compliance and litigation matters. Sara focuses her practice on investigation proceedings arising from anticompetitive behaviour, as well as litigation on competition, administrative and constitutional grounds.
