Saar Dierckens

Senior Counsel Competition at Siemens AG, advising the company and its group on domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional merger control as well as on all other areas of competition law, including M&A transactions, business transactions and compliance-related matters. She acted as a lead lawyer on most of Siemens’ largest transactions over the past few years and is experienced in day-to-day competition law advice. Previously, Saar was an associate at WilmerHale, Brussels, with a focus on merger control and antitrust law. Saar holds law degrees from the University of Leuven and King’s College, London.
