I am Head of Competition and Regulatory Law at the BBC. Our team of competition lawyers works with colleagues across the BBC to ensure we are always working within the BBC's bespoke regulatory system and wider competition and public law parameters. My background prior to joining the BBC was in economic regulation having worked both at the Civil Aviation Authority and the Office of Rail and Road and before that, the CMA. I am also part of the BBC's executive coaching team.
