Prof. Dr. Gerhard Klumpe
About:
I am a Judge at the Regional Court Dortmund and an honorary professor at the Heinrich-Heine-University Dusseldorf, where I am a director of the Institute for Competition Law, too. I started working on antitrust cases a decade ago, when I took the chair of the 8th civil chamber, which is competent for all antitrust cases under the Higher Regional Court of Hamm´s jurisdiction. At that time, I started my academic work, which includes numerous articles in both national and international journals.
