Ning-Ly Seng

Partner at Peltier Juvigny & Associés, where she represents clients across a variety of sectors in proceedings before the French and European courts and competition authorities, with a particular focus on merger control, antitrust, follow-on damage claims, “dawn raid” litigations and State aid. She started her practice at the Paris and the Brussels office of Bredin Prat in 2004. During her time at Bredin Prat she was also seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
