Nelly Sakata

Principal Legal Counsel at the South African Competition Commission, which she joined in 2007. She represents the Commission on a wide range of competition matters before the Competition Tribunal. She holds a B Com Law, LLB and MA in Corporate Law from the University of Pretoria and is also a guest/sessional lecturer at the University of Pretoria and Wits University. She has also trained various competition authorities in Africa. Nelly is an admitted attorney.
