Muzaffer Eroğlu

Assistant professor at University of Kocaeli, lecturing on Company Law, Energy Law and Competition Law. Dr. Eroglu holds an LLM from the University of Kent and a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London. His academic research focuses on company law and competition law. He has several publications in the field of company law, competition law and energy law and he provides consultancy to number of companies regarding competition law, energy law and company law matters.
