I have been working as the head of legal for Domino's Pizza for more than 4 years. Before, I worked 8 years in two different companies as in house legal counsel. I consider compliance and risk management as one of the main functions of the legal department. As the head of legal, I have a crucial duty to draw red lines when necessary. Managing business partners' interests and balancing the legal needs of the company are the most challenging aspects of my job.
