Michelle Le Roux

Member of the New York and Johannesburg Bars, appearing in high-profile and ground-breaking competition cases. Michelle is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town’s Law School in competition law. She was the Chair of the Expert Advisory Panel on the recent amendments to the Competition Act, a member of the Expert Panel on Institutional Requirements, as well as of the Competition Stakeholders’ User Forum. Co-author of “Precedent & Possibility: the (ab)use of law in South Africa”, "Lawfare: Judging Politics in South Africa".
