Marta Giner Asins

Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, specialising in competition and European law. She regularly participates in litigation before the French and EU authorities and courts, in particular, in the press distribution and pharmaceutical sectors. She also has extensive experience advising clients during competition authority raids and advising on merger cases both at the national and EU level; and selective distribution. Marta has previously worked for a number of other leading law firms in France.
