Experience includes advising clients in matters related to state aids, mergers, restrictive agreements, abuse of dominant position, intellectual property disputes& unfair competition. Marta also heads the intellectual property practice in Madrid and advises clients regarding matters of intellectual and industrial property disputes before the national courts and the General Court in Luxembourg.
