Marjolein De Backer

Marjolein has significant experience leading advice to clients on merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels, and state aid before the EU, UK, and Belgian authorities and courts. She also advises on IP and antitrust issues as well as distribution questions in the pharmaceutical industry, and FDI controls. Marjolein has recently been named a Future Leader in competition law by Who's Who Legal and has earlier been recognized by Chambers as an Associate to Watch and a Rising Star by Euromoney.
