About:

I am a French qualified lawyer working in private practice in Brussels. I am passionate by antitrust and competition law because it affects all aspects of commercial conduct and imposes strict sanctions for any infringement. I act in a range of antitrust cases concerning restrictive practices, dominance but my main focus is on merger control. I have a specialty in Sports laws, now an essential consideration in the regulation of sport and the commercialisation of sports media rights in the EU.

Antitrust & Competition Law lawyer (EU and French) I advise global companies and other multinationals in French and EU competition matters, including merger control filings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, state aid and compliance work, as well as private damages actions before the French courts and the CJUE. My breadth of experience in Sports law has allowed me to join the few trailblazers lawyers able to work in this specific domain in competition law. Proactive, I never ever stop learning and will happily discover a new sector to work on.
