Francisca’s practice encompasses all areas of Antitrust and Competition law, with a strong focus on merger control and cartel enforcement. She regularly advises clients on merger control filings before the European Commission and in global multi-jurisdictional filings, as well as in cartel investigations before the European Commission and national competition authorities in Europe. Francisca also has experience in international trade compliance and in international with a connection to Latin America, in particular Brazil. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Francisca practiced at a leading Spanish law firm in Lisbon and Brussels, as well as at another major U.S. law firm in Brussels.
