I'm a competition & antitrust law specialist advising global corporates on EU and UK antitrust compliance, investigations, enforcement and merger control/foreign investment reviews. I advise numerous clients across a number of sectors on global regulatory reviews of cross-border transactions and behaviors. I secure commercial settlements and regulatory approvals for multinational firms across a range of sectors - including consumer goods, Tech/media, financial services, industrials, manufacturing, transport and healthcare. My practice involves investigating, advising and building defence strategies in antitrust and other regulatory cases and transactions, leading to full acquittals, approvals or reductions of penalties, including in front of the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority and sectoral regulators and European Courts.
