After graduating in European Law, Manal joined Air France in 2008 as an in-house competition law counsel within the European and International Affairs Department. In 2015, she was appointed Head of Competition Law Practice of Air France-KLM where she is now in charge of a wide range of competition law topics encompassing EU State Aid, litigation, mergers as well as the internal competition law compliance program. She furthermore provides competition law support on all strategic projects at a group level for all the subsidiaries of the Air France Group. In 2017, Manal was appointed Deputy Head of Legal for Air France-KLM. Over the years, Manal has developed a very strong expertise both in the field of European Law and in the airline industry.
