Ma Leonila “Leni” Papa has worked with the OECD, UNCTAD, Asian Development Bank, Centre for Competition Policy of the University of East Anglia (UK) on topics of regulatory and competition policy. She was also an Assistant Director and Spokesperson of the Philippine Competition Commission, a legal counsel of Samsung Electronics, and a Senior Associate in Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz (ACCRALAW), advising on Public-Private Partnerships, public procurement, M&A, and investments.
