Livia Solange West

I am a senior director at APCO Worldwide, based in Brussels. I specialize in competition/antitrust and co-lead the firm’s Competition practice globally. I have worked for more than two decades at the intersections of government and business, and of the EU and the United States. I spent half of my multidisciplinary career as a competition enforcer, and the other half as strategic communications advisor and counsel to multinationals and governments.
