During my experience as a Junior Consultant for Lear, I was able to support the team on a wide range of projects, including mergers, abuses of dominant position, cartels and state aid cases. Among others, I collaborated in a study for the European Commission aimed at assisting the current state aid rules on environmental protection and energy. In addition, I worked on merger assessment case in the Italian banking sector, for which I assisted in the empirical analysis to identify the markets where the concentration would raise competitive concerns. I am also currently involved in a technical assistance project for the Armenian Competition Protection Commission, for which I am involved in the project management activities . Within the framework of the project, I am also giving practical practical training courses on the use of Stata and on merger control to the authority's staff.

5 mth • October 2018 - March 2019 • Berlin, Germany

As an intern, I helped in the collection, processing and and analysis of data with Stata and MS Office. In particular, I prepared datasets and supported in econometric analyses in the context of damages claims in the automotive and food sector.

Education:

Barcelona Graduate School of Economics

The Economics and Public Policy Master gave me the opportunity to put economic theories in practice, using them as an instrument to study the policy world. Other than microeconomic theory, the course focused inter alia on public economics (e.g. market failures, taxation) and microeconometrics. Each course included both a theoretical introduction of the topics as well as practical applications on Stata and MatLab.

Bocconi University

The bachelor of science in Economics and Social Sciences provided me the analytical skills and the theoretical framework needed to perform economic analyses. The course focused mainly on microeconomic theory and quantitative and statistical methods for economics.
