Senior Compliance Counsel at Intel since 2016. Has also counselled employees in S. America and Canada as a member of the Latin America Legal Team. Spent most of her prior career at the US Fair Trade Commission where she reviewed transactions and shared antitrust expertise with peers in various regions, including in the form of technical assistance, e.g. worked at Mexico’s COFECE and with antitrust agencies in Argentina and El Salvador. While at FTC, also participated in the US Attorneys Special AUSA programme.
