Laurence Borrel-Prat

Founder of BORREL Avocats Law Firm, and a non-permanent member of the Board of the French Autorité de la concurrence. Laurence is also Lecturer at Paris 1- Panthéon Sorbonne University of and Paris Saclay University. She began her career at Gide Loyrette Nouel where she acquired expertise in domestic and EU competition law. She then became the legal director in France of the Spanish luxury goods group PUIG (Nina Ricci; Paco Rabanne; Carolina Herrera). In 2008, Laurence founded her own law firm dedicated to competition and distribution issues. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC) and of the Association Française d'Etude de la Concurrence (AFEC). A graduate of Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg and Jean Monnet University. Has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000.
