Laure Gauthier

Deputy General Rapporteur at the French Autorité de la concurrence. Since joining the Autorité in 2007, Laure handled multiple landmark cases (Expedia in 2009, Nespresso in 2014, Zinc in 2016, Flooring in 2017). As deputy chief of the legal service, she oversaw a team of law clerks as well as litigation before the Supreme Courts. Laure also co-drafted the Notice on the setting of financial penalties and oversaw its first applications. Laure holds a PhD in Law.
