Dr. Laila Haider

Vice President at Charles River Associates. She provides expert economic testimony and economic analysis in matters involving antitrust, labor and employment, and false advertising. She has testified in federal court and in depositions and arbitrations, including in concurrent expert witness (“hot tub”) proceedings in federal court. Laila regularly conducts and evaluates economic analyses related to allegations of price fixing, bid rigging, monopolization, and exclusive dealing. A substantial portion of her work focuses on economic issues relating to class certification in both direct purchaser and indirect purchaser actions. Laila is a Vice Chair of the Women.Connected Committee of the ABA Antitrust Law Section. She has served as Co-Chair of the Economics Committee of the ABA Antitrust Law Section and Associate Editor of Antitrust Magazine.  She received her PhD in Economics from Columbia University and her BA in Economics from Gettysburg College.
