I am the Deputy Head of the unit "European Competition Network (ECN) and Private Enforcement" in DG Competition of the European Commission. The unit is in charge of coordinating the activities of the ECN, ensuring implementation of the ECN+ Directive, and the follow-up of the Damages Directive. In this position I am also in charge of managing a team of 12 lawyers scrutinizing on average 60 decisions per year notified by the national competition authorities. In the area of private enforcement, I led the Commission project teams for the adoption of the 2020 "Communication of the protection of confidential information by national Courts" and the "Report on the implementation of the Damages Directive". Currently, I am managing together with my HoU the project on "Collective bargaining for solo self-employed".Education:
